East China Area Sales Manager
Main Responsibilities:
- sales management in the territory of east China
- Identify, prioritize and convert sales of Electron microscope and FIB products, achieve and look to exceed the order and sales target for regional territory;
- Establish and maintain long-term relationship with selected key customers and positive references;
- Build effective sales channels either directly or indirectly;
- Work effectively with Service, Application and support team to ensure delivery of customer commitments;
- Support country sales manager on market research, competition and customer surveys activities;
- Support management on strategic market development in certain territories/industries
Key Requirements:
- Experience: At least 2 years sales / sales management experience in laboratory industry, preferable with Electron microscope background.
- Education: Bachelor degree or above
- Language: Fluent mandarin and English, both written and oral
Other Skills:
- Strong inter-personal capability;
- Self motivated and result orientated;
- Team worker with willing to do attitude;
- Strong negotiation and problem resolution skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint applications.
- Willing to travel.
